• Your contribution is a voluntary investment to support the development of a social tech platform.
• Your investment qualifies you for guaranteed profit returns and a stake in a shared equity pool.
• Funds received are immediately allocated to development, marketing, infrastructure, and operations.

General Refund Policy

All payments made towards the Founding Investor Program are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds

• Duplicate Payments: If you mistakenly make multiple payments for the same investment tier.
• Failed Transaction: If your payment was processed but not recorded or confirmed.
• Fraud or Unauthorized Use: If a payment was made fraudulently without your knowledge or consent (proof required).

To request a refund for any of the above reasons, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with full details and payment proof.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Change of mind after payment
• Investor withdrawal for personal reasons
• Misunderstanding of the benefits or ROI terms
• Failure to submit the investment confirmation form
• Delay in ROI payment (note: ROI is guaranteed and paid within 30 days post-maturity)
